While the website says "worldwide shipping", it turns out the WORLD in this case only includes the US, the UK, Canada, and Australia. Found some really awesome glasses though which I assume I could have bought if I lived in one of those places, so that's a plus, in theory.

I placed an order and they cancelled and refunded my order not wanting to honor their own promo code, 😔 basically a scam I've reached out to them directly for an explanation or resolution but it has now been 3 days and they have not replied. Do not purchase glasses from this site. Just go somewhere else. Save yourself the headache .

Though it is plainly stated EASY RETURN, OUR 60 DAY FIT GUARANTEE, FREE EXCHANGE & NO-HASSLE RETURNS.....it is a blatant and bold face lie. They also show the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU logo yet the BBB has no record of the company. My advice, DON'T trust the "try on" as the sizes of the eyeglass frames are not in scale in the feature. Purchase at buyers risk!!!!

"Confusing website, bad customer service"
I will never order from this company again. I got my glasses and thought was having issues with allergies...gave it a few days and tried them on again. They were blurry. I reached out to the company and was told I had ordered non prescription lenses...so glorified readers. I had entered in a prescription when I ordered them and mentioned that in my email correspondence with them and have never heard back. Apparently they don't care about their quality or my business. Really if I had an option on leaving a zero or negative star review, I would.
As of 10/11/23 this company still has not followed up or offered a solution to this issue. They seem to pick and choose who they get back to and don't seem to really be all that interested in resolving customer issues or addressing customer concerns. They claim they are a legit business and they may very well be...but they are a business that really needs to do better with resolving issues and customer service.

Well bad news folks, still no glasses. No response to my inquiries about updates. f
Funny thing happened though. They sent me a tracking email. Looks like this place is in China. Went back to my email to track the progress and the email had nysteriously been recalled. I do not believe Chinese companies are allowed to register in other countries to do business in the USA. If they say they aren't registered here and doing business there. Riddle me this, why does my package have a tracking number that uses a specific tracking website the Chinese use. Hmmmm Beware the deception is real!
Not sure why the even have a contact number. That experience, trying to call this company was a fools errand.
They did use their email. Saw some reviews about folks not getting their glasses. The company only responded to a select few problem reviews. 2nd red flag, phone number leads nowhere 1st red flag. If I get my glasses and they are the correct strength those two issues are yet to be resolved. If resolved in a timely manner and correct I will light up the other 4 stars.

You cannot use the "AR-Try On" to try on the glasses (SKU: YunLan-98201-C3). I do not want my photo taken. The option to upload a photo is there. 2 problems: 1. After uploading my photo, it pops up kinda pixelated (blurry) oversized taking up my whole laptop screen not showing much of my hair. You have to be used to using computers to know to hit the arrows to bring the photo to standard camera-taken size to see your whole pretty face with hair. 2. Once I am able to see my my face with hair at standard photo size, THE GLASSES I AM LOOKING AT should automatically pop onto my face. However, they don't. I have to choose from whole slew of sunglasses and other styles of glasses in the bottom of that window view.
