I wanted some bold eyeglasses and I found the perfect ones here. I put in my progressive lens prescription in and was so pleased with the result! A word to the unfamiliar... measure your eyeglasses so you get a similar size. All the points, not just the ear pieces. The nose, the eyes both ways, etc. Then you have an idea of where they may differ, but not be too off. I had no problem, but some of the reviewers ordered poorly.

Well I miss the opportunity to add my prescription to my order. In reflection I don’t think the instructions were all that clear. However after I realized my mistake, I emailed
My prescription twice, but my glasses were
Delivered without the prescription lenses. The companies solution was to reorder/buy a new pair on their website.
I didn’t want to do that. So I’m waiting to save
Some money to have a local optician fit the lenses to the frames. I like the frames and the quality, but I didn’t like the customer service
I received. So I probably will not buy any more

The Elklook Santa glasses I purchased are fabulous. I received so many positive comments on them. I have recommended them to so many of my Real Bearded Santa friends. I have actually quit wearing my prescription glasses and wear my Santa glasses all of the time.

"Dishonest Company/Poor Customer Service"

I ordered glasses. Realized immediately that the glasses ordered were too small for my face and I had not requested progressive lenses. Left numerous CLEAR messages that I wanted to exchange my glasses for another pair and use money left over for a second pair. No one ever responded. Weeks later, I received a delivery from Elklook. There is a pair of cheap round shapes in the box but no prescription glasses. They allege that they mailed an original pair of single-vision glasses ($179.70). I have sent more than six emails explaining in detail what I wanted from the start and the fact that I never received glasses. They continually send me an email with a free shipping label to return glasses I never received for a refund. Lastly, they do not honor their discount coupons. DO NOT ORDER FROM ELKLOOK. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISHONEST COMPANY.

Horrible customer service. It is a total hassle to ATTEMPT to get a refund for a defective product. Read the reviews outside of Elklook’s site. The measurements are inaccurate, the glasses are blurry and they do not respond to return requests. I wish I would have looked to outside reviews and would have NEVER ordered. Caveat Emptor.
