"Absolute Failure with customer service & quality."

Ordered items to the value of £1218.67 on 25th November 2024 with payment taken from bank.
Invoiced 26th November.
Delivery confirmed by DX for Wednesday 27th
Nothing arrives having made sure I was here to receive delivery. Email from 4x4AT to confirm delivery was sent on 27th at 04:18hrs
DX then confirm delivery for the 28th November.
Nothing arrives. (Should have gone ahead with refund at this stage)
Email sent along with phone call, with message left to be called back ASAP
Another email sent on 30th November expressing my disatisfaction with lack of delivery and returning phone calls.
Finally get a phone call with all manner of excuses and also claiming items out of stock.
(Were in stock when I ordered but seem to have vanished from your stock)
Now I will admit to loosing it over the phone but considering over £1200 had been taken from my bank it's just as well the premises is a long drive away)
Very poor customer service and lack of care / communication from this company having taken your money.
After a further missed delivery date I am making more calls and sending emails.
Please note here none of my emails ever received a proper formal responce and had to constanlty chase up to get return calls and answer.
The final failure was Items turned up without notice and there was no one here to sign for them. (4th time actual delivery)
Spoke to the driver via security intercom and he agreed to leave without signature.
main box containing wheel arch kit was damaged, one wheel arch had a deep 50mm score mark in the paint finish.
Some small items missing from box. (later sent by DPD who keep to the delivery date BTW)
Not packed with any thing to stop items moving in transit, box damaged with holes ripped in it.
Apparantly this damage is down to me as I said they could leave them as no one availble to receive.......
Has cost me a day off work for first delivery (£850) and £134.00 costs to prepare & re-finish, paint to match the damaged wheel arch.
I have all the document trail, photos & evidence & emails sent - not once a formal reply to my complaints.
AVOID THIS 1 Star Outfit and Purchase Elsewhere.

"I purchased a set of mats from them"

I purchased a set of mats from them, they did not get delivered, i left it a little while before reporting them not delivered and they now say that they cannot trace where the mats went, they have no proof of delivery, no geographic tag of where they were delivered, all they have is a name that signed for them which is not my name, they will not send out a new set of mats and they want me to buy a new set with a little bit of discount on them, I have already paid for a set of mats, why would it agree to pay for another set when they did not deliver the first set ? AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS

"I needed a new seal installing on an…"

I needed a new seal installing on an Alpha type e top, Went to the 4x4 site at Coleshill where Tom and Henry completed the installation. First class service from the greetin thru to talking about the replacement process by a couple of guys who know excatly waht they are talking about.
Highly recommend.

Great experience with 4x4at. Had a few challenges that needed working out, Scott went above and beyond to ensure I ended up a happy customer. Good quality mods on Raptor. Very happy would recommend.

"We ordered car parts for our vehicle…"

We ordered car parts for our vehicle and it was quite expensive they gave us a discount initially on the delivery. when called back to check when the items will arrive we were told we have to pay extra as they can't give discounts on deliveries. So I paid extra and now it's been 10 days and yet our delivery hasn't been sent. So they are saying won't be till Monday. This is not acceptable and not a good service.

Excellent customer service. Pre-purchase they give sound, helpful advise and guidance on product and provide a first class back-up service on queries and problem solving. I thoroughly recommend 4x4 AT as a 'one-stop' shop for 4x4 vehicle requirements.

My name is Jake Hudson, and I’m a director at Grove Site Services. We recently purchased a Ford Wildtrak and wanted to get it fully kitted out with new bodywork.

After weeks of searching, we discovered 4x4AT, the company that fitted our vehicle with the Predator kit, and I can honestly say they did a fantastic job, it looks outstanding!

Throughout the process, I had the pleasure of working with Claire, whose customer service was exceptional. I picked up the vehicle on Saturday, and as Claire mentioned, I would be meeting James. I met James and John on the day, and they were both incredibly welcoming and professional. Great guys!

Overall, I just want to say a big thank you to the team at 4x4AT. We’re very happy with the result and will definitely be bringing our next vehicle to you.
