So far so good nearly erected. There are a few fitting alterations needed, and tools needed, but nothing a handyman shouldn't overcome.

Delivery was prompt and well wrapped, with communication on it's status clear and timely.
Product is good quality and assembly instructions, while necessarily a bit complex, clear and well presented.
Customer service is excellent - one of the parts was incorrect but immediately replaced without quibble - and friendly.
