"Appalling Customer Service"
To start with I was very happy with my dealings with this company. Greenhouse arrived promptly with 2 things missing. I spoke to Ian and decided to cancel one of the missing parts and he processed a refund. 2 weeks later the refund hadn't appeared so I again contacted Ian who reiterated it had been processed. I decided to call and talk to him about it and also ask if he knew when the other missing part was likely to be delivered. What happened next I still can't quite believe. The phone was answered by Matt and when I explained why I was ringing he became extremely aggressive telling me they'd already told me that they'd processed it and i was being passive aggressive and talking over him. He ranted on and although I tried to explain I was only trying to talk to him he slammed the phone down! I called back and when I asked if it was him who slammed the phone down he said no my name is Matthew. He then started his very aggressive rant again and when I asked if I could speak to someone else he said no and slammed the phone down again!

I placed an order for an expensive greenhouse in August. They took full payment at the time. I was told delivery was 16 weeks.
It is now February - 6 months later - and I still can’t get a meaningful commitment from them.
There is nothing to gain by cancelling my order now - but I would like to save others from the same exasperation I am feeling.

I live with disability. A charity kindly purchased a greenhouse for me and I my son to help us cope with lockdown- from July 2020.
Customer service have been cruel and unkind. Missing parts yet they have tried to drag information that they could easily find but I struggled with and they refuse to send the missing parts until we fulfil their detailed questioning. I’m so tired and depressed by it all yet cannot get a refund as I’d get less because there’s missing parts. Unbelievably cruel company. When this is over I would avoid this company as they have no heart.

"Terrible Customer Service"
Took money for a greenhouse. Then sent an email saying it would be up to 30 weeks before delivery. After two months they made no contact. When I chased my emails were ignored and nobody picked up the phone. The delivery company they work with was similarly unhelpful with the lady in customer service actually hanging up on me.

After waiting months and months for delivery, we were expecting a pleasent delivery. However the delivery guy was incredibly rude and very unhelpful. All we asked was for him to drop the items at our back door instead of the front door, but he refused this request, even though it wouldn't have taken that long at all.
Very poor customer service.

I placed an order on 11th July for an item in stock. which should have beend deliverd in 30.worling days. After chasing up the order in September. I was told it was to rushed to be as was unacceptable. its now October for delivery. which is not acceptable.to.have that money out my account. The gentleman I spoke with (Ian) then calls me an idiot and cancels my order.
3 month later im stilll out of pocket and nothing to show. accept various breaches of contract.
avoid at all costs.

PLEASE DON'T BUY at Greenhouse stores!!! I purchase green house 5 months ago. Full payment in May. Delieved this week with missing parts. The steel base is missing and the rain kit is not there. Don't know how this could be resolved. Talking to these guys it's immpossible and so time consuming.

On 11th May 2020, I purchased a 2x6 Halls Wall Garden Lean to Greenhouse from the online retailer Greenhouse Stores. At the time, it was advertised on their website that a free greenhouse base plinth would be provided with the purchase of a Halls Greenhouse, which was one of the factors influencing my decision to buy it.
Unfortunately, when I finally received the order on 17th July 2020, the greenhouse arrived without a base plinth. I queried this with Greenhouse Stores, who advised that the offer applied only to “freestanding” greenhouses, and not “lean to” greenhouses. This was not specified in the original offer.
I believe that Greenhouse Stores has been misleading in their advertisement, either by not clearly displaying, or by omitting important information relating to the offer, and retrospectively claiming that their offer only applied to a subset of Halls Greenhouses. In so doing, they affected the consumer’s ability to make an informed decision about whether or not to purchase their products, thereby contravening the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations.Beware of this cowboy retailer .Juliana who make the greenhouse should consider not to deal with this greenhouse store retailer that had a bad name.
