Slight delay getting started but once they did, they were excellent. Lad who installed the door went above and beyond. Had a slight issue with the lock afterwards and they repaired with no hesitation.

We'd highly recommend Costollo Windows of Glin Co Limerick as a company to deal with.
From our initial phone conversation with Breda to discussing our requirements for a new front door to her emailing a propose design and price very promptly.
Our visit to their excellent show rooms in Glin and being met and showing around by Catherine, the service could not have been better.
When we agreed the price and design we were given a delivery and installation date and all went as agreed.
On the 3th Sept the day of the installation Ger Keane
arrived promptly at 9am and did a first class job.
1) His high standard of work
2) His attention to detail
3) His cleanness (housekeeping) while working in our
home.
4) The high stand of the finished installation left
no room for the slights criticism.
5) All of the old door installation was taken away by
Ger which was great as we were left with
completed installation in one day with no further
work organizing the deposal of the material

Many thanks to Jerry and Jack who fitted our new windows and french doors from Costellos of Glin , excellent work in a difficult old house as well as fitting large windows and entrance door to our new porch . The finish was beyond our expectations. A special mention also to John O Sullivan for his aftersales work.

"Save yourself legal hassle!"

I purchased argon-filled windows from Costello with high expectations, but I have been thoroughly disappointed with the quality and after-sales service. Days after installation, I noticed blue spots slowly appearing on the frames, all of them. After a month and a good half since raising my dispute, the company attempted to address it by cleaning the windows, only to remove their own pen (shipped to me to mask the defects) marks—completely unrelated to the actual defect.

The blue spots remain, clearly indicating a deeper manufacturing issue. Despite my repeated follow-ups, the company has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. I expected better quality control and customer support, especially for a product at this price point.

I would strongly caution others to think twice before purchasing windows from this supplier unless you're prepared to deal with unresolved defects and lackluster service. If the issue isn’t resolved soon, I may need to pursue further action to address this unacceptable situation.
