I must stress: These are not real reviews. Do Not Use this company under any circumstances. I'm pretty easy going as are my family members. We all fully hate this "company."
These reviews you see on here with their glowing reviews are from predominately from them.
a. This little amateur company is based in India. They are scammers.
b. Disregard the names like Robin, and Charles, and Michael etc. It is to give the illusion they are based in the US.
c. They change their company names. There will be something shady.
d. The turnover is incredibly high
e. Forget the pretty pictures on their website. These are just stock pictures of models.
f. It feels like there are 2 to 4 people working there. In one phone call I was sure I heard cows and chickens in the room.
They are scammers. They rip off young and old alike. These are NOT real reviews. Use anyone else, but not here. Check the better business bureau for more horror stories. They will tell you over and over they are working on a refund or they have to check something or any of an infinite variety of excuses. Weeks, months, later you will get nothing. Do not give them your credit cards. They have no real address. Do not believe Anything they tell you. We are in the process of taking action. Find them and shut them down. Search Better Business Bureau scam tracker and fly with cloud. People who intentionally try to rip people off are sickening.

"Travel agency scam"
I tried to call Delta Airline to use my Flight credit of CAD$1,800.00 to book for my spouse and my flights to Asia last year! However, I ran into a swindler named, Franklin! He advised me that he could get a flight credit extension with Delta Airline to another year if I booked the new flights through him with United Airlines! I later found out that he charged me CAD$1,800 for the booking fee, as I paid him almost CAD$5,000 altogether for the new flights! I also found out that nobody could extend our flights credit, except Delta Airline agents themselves, from contacting them directly! I called back later to cancel our flights! However, Franklin refused to give me the refund! He sent me an Email from Fly with cloud.com a flight credit of CAD$4,932.00, telling me that I could call back to book our next flights before May, 26, 2024. I called back to book for our flights to Europe this year using the flights credit at the end of April! I dealt with an agent named Serra and a supervisor named Simon! They wanted me to pay an additional US$8000.00 on top of the flights credit we have! I refused to pay that amount, so they stalled my booking by telling me that they tried to get an extension for my flights credit! They later called me back saying that they couldn't get an extension for my flights credit!! Therefore,they scammed me for the whole amount of CAD$4,932.00!
I m in process to report these fraudsters to the BBB, United Airlines, and the Federal law enforcement agencies! Stay away from these fraudsters!

On Aug 23rd I was directed to this company while trying to switch one of my passengers for flight I had booked through Expedia/delta for my daughter’s birthday trip to Mexico. I spoked to a representative named Viniy who was able to pull my reservation and everything with Delta and stated she could help me. Now that I think back on it now it’s a scary thing that people have access to your information so easily. Viniy stated due to the price change and availability I would have to cancel my entire booking and rebook the flight over again but could try to get me the rate with another airline and would handle the cancellation with Delta. Viniy sent me emails to confirm the refund I would be getting from Delta and the new charges but to date nothing has been received. I was told to give it sometime but when I follow up there are no updates and recently when I called a representative named Justin became highly aggressive and refuses to assist stating I was contacting the wrong company although I had been speaking to the representative and her teammates previously. At this point I have paid for the flights for 5 people twice and it appears I won’t be getting my $2278.25 refunded back to me. This company is a sham and i am highly upset. If you can stay away because I don’t want what happened to you to happen to me

I was scheduled to fly out on Wednesday,November 15.On November 14 I had a family emergency which required me extending my stay.Called to reschedule flight and got a wonderful agent,Jace,who spent over an hour helping me change the flight.He was helpful,compassionate and extremely thorough in explaining everything.It was a long process but with his help it got done and by the end I felt like I had made a friend.Jace is definitely an asset to your organization in every way.
