"Awful scam"
Awful, scamming company. Read the reviews before thinking about purchasing.
Bought a large rubber plant which arrived in bad packaging, leaves had fallen off in transport, it was a bad quality plant, wonky and dying and the soil had gone everywhere in transit. It was 30% smaller than the size I ordered, therefore, I did not want the plant.
Customer serviced proceeded to say they thought the plant was in good condition, and they would offer a small discount for the size difference, which I declined as I had no use for a plant of that size and it was not what I ordered.
They then said if it was to be returned I'd have to pay to send it to Bolton, and it had to be in resealable condition on arrival (it wasn't resealable when I received it)! I told them they needed to pick it up, for free. Another discount was offered by them, and rejected by me, so they finally agreed to collect.
Having been collected the plant, they told me they had not received the package from their courier for 2 weeks and that they couldn't refund until received.
Eventually, 10 + emails, 2 calls and 4 weeks later I got a refund- avoid this company at all costs it is 100% a scam.

"Really bad products and service"
Really bad products and service is very subpar.
I ordered a fairly large indoor plant and it arrived very poorly packaged. The box it came in was barely standing upright because they haven’t put anything in the box to support the plant and they chose an oversized box. The box was bent in many places as well.
To add to the misery, once I opened the box, turns out they didn’t bother to cover the top of the nursing pot and so the majority of the soil/compost has fallen and you can see the plant’s roots. It took me a whole hour to put the compost back in the pot but so much of it has fallen all over the place that there wasn’t enough compost to hold the plant. Luckily I had my own so had to use some of my own to keep it stable and I then gave it a good watering. Then I spent a good hour cleaning up after their mess.
Most importantly, about 90% of the leaves were damaged, either cut up or dying. I’ve attached an example photo
Getting in touch with their customer service and their response was that in their “professional opinion” the plant was dishevelled and needs a bit of time to settle in! They didn’t bother to offer any options (exchange or refund) and I didn’t even bother trying anymore because it’s just not worth wasting more time on them.
The plant wasn’t dishevelled, it was destroyed due to poor packaging and lack of thought (thought being: this plant is gonna go via a courier, in a van, and it’s gonna travel long distances, and it’s gonna probably get man handled and pushed around a lot…hmm, how should I package that. Oh I know! I have this extra big box I can put it in and that’s all I need to do!)
Avoid at all cost, find other retailers to go for unless you want to the hassle.

Absolute shower of *insert expletives* the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. The plant died within days and they couldn’t give a flying f***

"Item hasn't arrived"
Ordered an item 2 weeks ago and still no delivery. No response to emails or IG message; landline doesn’t work, Now looking to take to small claims court as i’m £80 out of pocket.

"Waited 18 days for missing, smashed and undersized products"
After waiting over 2 weeks for delivery that was advertised as 1-2 days, the package arrived beaten up. Plant pots were completely smashed, other items were simply not included. The plant itself was smaller than advertised in both pot size and height.
Support was largely unhelpful but begrudgingly issued a refund for the broken and missing items. Despite providing sizing evidence they refused to accept a return for the plant.

"Avoid at all cost"
Avoid at all cost. This company took ages to answer my call. Was calling since yesterday. Then when I finally was able to speak to them, they told me they don’t have a stock of what I ordered and that I have to wait a few more days when I paid express. Very disappointed with this company. Didn’t received any email from them saying why my plant hasn’t been delivered yet. Will file a dispute with my bank as this is clearly a scam.

"I should have checked reviews before ordering"
My plant was supposed to arrive yesterday, I chased in the evening and received an email this morning stating 'Many apologies for the delay in dispatching your order. Unfortunately, due to a heating failure in our greenhouse, quite a lot of our stock is not fit enough to be sent out. You will be delighted to know that our new stock is scheduled to arrive this week, we will have the best of the bunch sent out to you as soon as we can.'
I needed the item this week and am abroad from next week. I await a follow up from them to see if I should update this review to a higher score.

Not gonna order again. Packaging of the plants not ok. Size of the plant is not as advertised. Plants are drooping.

"Overall Disappointing"
I've had a very disappointing experience with this company. The plant (birds of paradise) was delivered late and was delivered inadequately (badly packaged). The plant itself does not look particularly healthy to me. Trying to receive a refund from customer service has been a nightmare and every time I called I was told 'the manager is not available'; it seems like there is just one person working for this company. I chose this company as they were less expensive than other options but in hindsight I wish I'd spent the extra £ and gone elsewhere!

"Zero customer service…still awaiting refund!!!"
I did an online order on 5th July 2023 of a bundle promo I saw on their website which amounted to £148.12. Someone rang me on 10th July to say a component of the deal was not available but that they had it in only pink colour which I declined as it did not go with the decor for which it was needed so I asked for a full refund.
Today is 26th July 2023 and I am yet to receive neither a refund of my money nor an acknowledgment of my emails about my refund. Their customer service is non existent which is appalling. I honestly wish I had come to trust pilot to read the reviews before purchasing! It looks like they are in over their heads and I could never recommend them. I am still chasing my refund which is time wasting and upsetting for me.
