"Avoid like the plague"

I wish I had read the Google reviews before I wasted my money. Just under 3 weeks ago I ordered a Kentia palm and a ceramic pot. They arrived 3 days later in the same large parcel. The pot was very badly cracked, so this meant that the parcel had either been dropped or severely damaged in transit. The palm was hanging out of it's plastic pot and there was soil everywhere. I did immediately send them a photo of the cracked pot and was refunded the cost of the pot in full, 3 days later. No acknowledgement, just a refund. I repotted my palm in a new larger pot. However the leaves were very dehydrated and not at all like the photo. In the next week it had lost 2 of it's original 5 leaves because they had gone yellow. The remaining 2 opened leaves were also showing signs of distress. I messaged again. received a reply 2 days later to say.. "The plants in my professional opinion do look healthy therefore they should not die. However, the plants may have arrived a little dishevelled but please bear in mind the journey can be quite traumatic for them so please give your new plants a few days to adjust to their new home. The plants may lose a few leaves just while they settle in however this can be normal and no major cause for alarm..." Long story short I am now left with 1 unopened leaf and a leaf that has large, brown, crinkly patches, from the original plant that was delivered. I sent photos to them 2 days ago and this is the response I have just received....."my management have authorised me to offer you a 25% refund if you wish to keep the plant as the plant does look like with the correct care it will return to the best condition. However, if you would like a full refund please may you send this back to us. We will issue you a full refund providing the plant is returned in a re-sellable condition...".

"BEWARE OF THE SIZE OF PLANTS THEY LIST AND WHAT THEY SAY THE TOLERANCES ARE."

Ordered 3x devils ivy which were listed as 80cm tall with a 10% variation in height. Website says 70-90cm which is fair enough. 1 of the plants is just about 70cm when extended. The other 2 are roughly 57cm and 63cm. Told I can have 25% refund on the 57cm plant but that the 63cm is within tolerance and they are not going to help. So the tolerance is actually more like 20% either side according to their maths. Reporting this to trading standards. It seems the tolerance/range thing means that they send you tiny plants and tell you that's what it says on the website.

"I would give zero stars if possible"

I would give zero stars if possible. I put my order in for a £200 plant bundle on the 13th July and paid £8 for next day delivery. I received no confirmation, no comms and today is the 22nd July and I’ve not received anything. I’ve emailed 3 times for a refund and I have not heard back from them. Can someone please help me asap. Any new customers, please avoid.

"Scammers - Avoid"

Scammers- Avoid. Plant was not as advertised, meant to come with two in a pot but one half was removed and the pot was broken in order to fit into the box for delivery. Company response was to ignore the fact they broken the pot for delivery (not possible otherwise to fit into the box and to be taped the way it was) and reply with a box standard statement of plant looking healthy (their response was: despite the pots being broken to fit into the box for delivery, due to the plants looking in good health from the images provided, they will not be authorising a collection). I did not purchase a plant with a broken nursery pot. Go with Patch plants - slightly more expensive but they arrive very healthy and well delivered (not boxed!)

"Please avoid this total disappointment…"

Please avoid this total disappointment of customer service and plants they are actually send. 3 out of 7 plants were damaged and looked like they tried to squeeze them inside 1 little box. By contacting them I’ve got nothing apart from offering me the refund for 1 plant ( never mind that 3 of them damaged) or paying the collection fee of £19.99 … can you see my fault anywhere for getting damaged items? And I have to cover a collection fee to send them back? Never ever again and please AVOID them

"Awful customer service, avoid"

Awful customer service from Cliah.
Ordered two pots and one was faulty, asked for a refund or replacement and they first tried to claim that is just how the pot is supposed to be. After sending more photos they finally admitted it was faulty but refused to pay for return postage despite their company policy and what is required in such a scenario by law. After numerous attempts and follow up emails (due to being ignored) they agreed to the return but only if the faulty pot returned in a sellable condition, stupid requirement as it was never up to standard.
Photos from the courier show the package to have arrived back to them undamaged but, suspiciously and as expected, the faulty pot was smashed to pieces yet the other pot was perfect. After a few more emails they are now ignoring requests for further evidence of this damage. This means they have now only offered a refund for one pot, as the already faulty pot was now not sellable??, and no shipping costs whatsoever, leaving me out of pocket over £50. Please avoid this company and I am reporting to trading standards.

"Do not buy from this company!!! If I could award 0 stars I would!"

I have recently taken delivery of a Bird of Paradise 140cm+ plant. The plant was in poor condition and damaged on arrival. Having contacted the Customer Service team (Cliah) to notify them of this and having sent in photos to prove the poor state of the plant, I requested that they collect the plant and refund me in line with their online 30 days refund policy. Since then, despite my emails chasing this I have heard nothing back so they are obviously choosing to ignore this request. I have now raised this with the dispute team with my bank and will let them deal with it.

"to be honest one star is too many"

to be honest one star is too many , order arrived without plants and one damaged pot , don't answer phone , reply to emails or messenger.
I have since received a reply , a new pot was received , and another parcel the day after with a further plant . all would have been sorted if they answered the phone .

"Do not buy from this company"

Do not buy from this company. They shipped my plant which was meant to be a gift a week late due to stock issues. It then has been delivered somewhere random, i sent them proof after speaking to yodel but still nothing. I have been chasing my money for a week, I was told someone would call me back no one did, they ignore emails and pretty sure they knowingly are not accepting my phone calls. The customer service is shocking, their phone rings and rings and other times goes straight to voicemail. Would not recommend. There are plenty of other good plant sellers out there.

"Would not recommend delivery"

Ordered 5 plants on the express delivery - they arrived 10 days late. 5 plants in one narrow tall box. poorly packaged and soil out of the pots. Box damaged. One plant was almost dead with major stems broken and the rest were battered. Emailed them pictures and they said the plants were in good condition. No compensation offered even for the one in very poor condition (Buddhas palm all 5 leaves dead or broken). Thankfully the others I ordered were fairly hardy plants like the cast iron and peace lilly and satin pothos which hopefully can be salvaged with some TLC.
Would not recommend delivery. Perhaps in person purchase would be ok.
