Poor customer service on returns. Its been 3+ weeks since i returned the items and still have no refund come through. Besides, the level of responsiveness on general queries and also on this return has been very poor. No one picks up the phone and no one responds to emails on customer service.

I was directed to voicemail whenever I called during business hours . I also took a few days for someone to answer my email . Which left me worried that my return hadn’t reached the shipping address .

My shirt arrived damaged. Black stain in thread. I called the store and emailed . They were supposed to send me a shipping label to return damaged sweater and send me a new one. I received nothing not even a phone call. Please fix this. I’m so disappointed. 😔

I placed an order on June 12, 2024 with an estimated delivery date of June 20, 2024. As of writing this it is June 28th and there is still no shipping confirmation. I have gone back and forth with customer service to no avail. I have requested to cancel the order which they claim to be working on with no real results. I have since filed a claim with PayPal. The item is in stock and this was not a pre-order so there is no reason for this kind of delay. If I had not reached out numerous times (no one answers the phone) I don’t think there would even be an attempt to let me know what’s even going on with my package (they’re blaming the brand). I wish I had read the reviews of this company before purchasing. I wanted to support a business with a charitable model, but this experience along a number of reviews on sites like this reveals that Olivela is a scam. I’m warning everybody I know about them.

"Bad customer service "
I have put an order since June 19th 2024. I received an email righaway the same day stating that their warehouse is preparing my order and I will receive another communication with shipping tracking number. After 5 daus without hearing from them I decided to reach them to have an update. It has been now three days that I am attempting to reach them . I sent 3 emails. So fare I have not been able to communicate with them.
At this point it looks like a scam to my point. If not, that means they have the worst customer service ever.
