Not very good..I was told that I would receive an email with the tracking number, never received. A week or so more, I received another email saying that the package had problems with customs and returned the package to the sender. Received another email stating the package will located and I should get a tracking number.. A 10% credit was applied. Not happy.

No one has got back to me. I’ve been so patient. Unfortunately I’ll have to return all the items. I’ve emailed and called several times and the only explanation I received was from someone at the Nantucket store saying my items were excluded. I never saw a list of excluded items. I’m really disappointed with the service I received.

I have emailed several times to the customer service on a refund because they put wrong sizing guidance on the product description, received no response. The product has been returned and delivered for over a week, they did not provide any updates. All the contact information is an email address, they can choose if they want to reply or not. Very disappointed at the customer service, not recommended to shop at their website.

The Paco Rabanne bucket bag that I purchased is beautiful~ however, the construction of the straps are awful!

The gold balls constantly come undone and so the straps fall off ~ is anyone else having this issue?
