times through chat and email but no one responded. My order never is 544101, the tracking photo SHOWS that my package was delivered to the wrong house and I'm furious that this company doesn't have the decency to respond to an email or chat to even address the issue. Scam.

UPDATE: As of Dec 6th 2024, Olivela has not reached out to me, even though the rep below said they would. I have emailed them 3 more times for the purchase I initially made a month ago but no one has responded. They are not reachable through the chat function on their site and no one responds to emails. My money is gone. This is a complete scam. Do Not Be SCAMMED LIKE ME!

I placed an order and paid for express 1-2 days delivery. 7 days later and the package still hasn’t arrived. I sent an email to the company and it was returned to me undelivered. I’ve sent another one. I’m leaving for Europe so the order is useless and won’t reach me in time. No phone number to contact anyone. I’m hoping they deal with this and refund me the costs plus shipping. Hard to sort out when emails are returned and no phone number to speak with anyone.
