The girls are amazing! I wished I got their names but it was the girls who were working on Sunday and then one of the 2 girls on Monday. Both fantastic. So helpful and great! You are lucky to have them.

"Extremely Poor Customer Service"

I recently purchased three items which I did not like, for a total of almost $1K. So, I attempted to return the products on the website. The website had a glitch which would not allow me to generate a return label, so I emailed Olivela and was told via several auto-generated reply emails that I would receive a return label via email. This never happened. The website still will not let me generate a return label, and now shows my items as "returned". I still have the items, they have not been returned, despite this error message on the website. The items were shipped with no printed receipt, nor any return instructions or return address. I have attempted to call Olivela as well, at both the Nantucket store and via the 855 number listed with the BBB. I've received no return calls to the voicemails I left about sending back my order. Olivela's customer service is a nightmare -- no chat function, no phone answering or responses to voicemail, no real email replies. I am this close to reporting to BBB, and/or filing a lawsuit if I cannot get this resolved (I am an attorney). The Olivela website does not even list a mailing address where returns may be sent. I am not even sure I trust their return label at this point, I just want them to contact me back with a return address so I can return the goods to the proper location and track the return myself. I've never experienced customer service this poor!

"Horrible experience and customer service, never again!!!"

I don't like the quality of item bought, so tried to proceed with return on website, but it was give me constant error. Trying to reach customer service is absolutely pointless, no phone answering, either email!!! Horrible experience! Buyers be aware, I would not recommend Olivela!
