Very disappointed, when I opened my order and saw it was damaged, I contacted your customer support with pictures of the damaged goods, I was expecting to be contacted and hoping you would conduct an investigation, whether the damaged goods left your premises like that, or possibly it was mishandled by the shipping company.
I still haven’t been contacted by anyone.

i was not asked where i wanted the ordered delivered or to whom. it is a gift and you automatically used my home address and not to the person i am giving it to as a birthday present. i cannot find a telephone number or email address where I can correct this.

So far I'm not impressed, website often won't load, andthree calls over 3 days to customer service have gone to voice mail and without a call back. Was hoping to exchange item at the discounted purchased price but website has no option for doing that. Just emailed Customer Service so we'll see how long that takes to get a response. For the $1600 I paid for the gown, I have higher expectations.
