Charged my card twice. When requested a cancellation of order within hours of me placing it on the same day, they refused.

Easy to navigate website. I was able to find a beautiful gown that was sold out on other sites. The order was shipped and received a lot faster than expected! I feel great about my purchase because this company gives back to charities.

"Packaging too much"

The box in which I received a single dress I ordered could have fit 2 small children in it. Packaging was ridiculous. Would have like smaller/more thoughtful packaging for something that didn't require such a large box.

Product Still Not Arrived It's been 10 days since I ordered it and FedEx has made no attempt to deliver it and it's still sitting in their warehouse.
olivela has no answer. The product is over $100 and I have no interest in it. When can I receive it?

I received the wrong item. I ordered a white bikini and received a brown bikini.

Do NOT shop here!!!! My order has been a true nightmare. First off, I placed an order and received an email saying that it has been shipped. I clicked on the link and UPS said the merchant cancelled the order. I reached out to customer service and they said UPS had attempted delivery…but they cancelled the order!! It wasn’t until I left a review that they resent my order.

Order was received but I didn’t love the quality and so I went through the process to place a return. FedEx had to delay the return because they couldn’t get into the building. Finally it was delivered and it’s been nearly a week since I reached out to customer service with no response other than we will let you know when it’s been delivered…which it has!!!!

I just want my refund. I urge you DO NOT SHOP HERE.
