It was a wonderful experience. I am glad I made the decision to get the camera. The installer was all about his business and very professional. I like the job he did and the instructions he gave after installation. Wonderful job!

this would have been the 3rd visit to my home since the 3 G transition. I received a call at 1:17 pm for a 12-4 appt. tell me that now one will be coming because the part didn't come in. now this is 3 days I have missed from work and I still had to schedule another day for the technician to come out.

My Tech was relentless in finding the cause for my system malfunction. He was a true professional. Courteous and respectful and knowledgeable. When he needed help he called his team and to me that showed me his passion for his job! He needs to be promoted in my humble opinion!!

A tech came for the 5th time to fix the same problem. Just an hour after he left the problem came back and two sensors fell to the ground. Terrible

The technician did a wonderful job. He explained everything, answered all my questions, and repaired the problem.

"Ackerman can't seem to get this part right"

Kyle was great. However, a second tech showed up at our home. The second tech was the same guy that we have requested multiple times not be assigned to service our home. But, for some reason Ackerman can't seem to get this part right. When our contract ends we will change providers.
