product seems fine , but was not the make i ordered

Not a good start.

Ordered a few items. Then delivery took forever. I was out of juice for like 4 days then had to buy locally as my order was taking too long to come.


Then when it did arrive I was missing about 4 items.


They were refunded, but that's not the point. I want what I ordered not half an order .

I ordered on 28/2 then received email on 3/3 to verify ID which I did the same day. I didnt hear anything until I got email on 7/3 saying its been shipped then received on 8/3. I only received half my order and a note saying stock issue/refund. Why did this take 10 days to notify me of a stock issue? I eventually received the refund on 11/3 for items not shipped. The whole thing took nearly 2 weeks. This is very poor customer service and poor communications.

Tbh, it didn't go smoothly, as I was sent the wrong item. However I was then sent the correct item and was told I could keep the item I was incorrectly sent. Ultimately bvs will have made a loss on my purchase.

But there was no arguing, I informed them of their mistake with pictures, and they rectified it, simple as.

For that 5 stars and I will be back

Terrible service, you can't get to speak to anyone via phone, chat or e mail. Appalling, they take your money and then don't want to know. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I had a choice.
