Lack of correspondence. Emailed with no reply plus tried to call and the phone line was not recognisable. However the goods did arrive in good order, but technically a day late. If the messages had been answered this would not have been an issue.

Firstly they did not send my order until I queried it 1 week after I ordered it. Received my order and it was incorrect, got intouch the same day with customer service to resend my correct order have heard nothing back very disappointing won’t order again from here. Avoid at all costs

Please do not use this store. I ordered some vape liquid on Dec18th. They took the money for the order, but have not sent me the items. I have sent multiple emails and have no communications from them. I appreciate they would have been busy over Christmas, but I have now waited almost a month for an update on this order. This must be a scam. Do not waste your money.
