I ordered a couple of 100ml Macaraz E-Liquids last Wednesday and haven't heard anything since. They have ignored my messages and even the Sales Dept are ignoring me.They have taken my money quickly enough but don't want to send my goods. I will now have to contact my bank and mess about getting a refund through them. I have been buying Vape Goods online for the last 5 Years and never had such a bad experience.Burn It Up beat even some of the Chinese Vendors who i have had issues with in the past. At least they had the courtesy to respond to my e-mails and messages. This company is a complete joke and should be avoided. I have tried the nice approach and no joy, now i have to go the legal route and also Social Media to let people know how bad they are.

UPDATE:- Ordered on the 26th June and still not arrived. They Blamed Royal Mail in my last contact with them but orders from other places that were ordered after the 26th have arrived using Royal Mail so i would say it's not them that's at fault. My first conclusion that Burn It Up is a very poor company stands, and i think it's time that they Refunded Me because the apology and blaming RM just doesn't work.

I ordered a couple of short-fills. Once delivered one was missing and a note on the invoice said that there was a stock error and that I had been refunded. Ten days later and no pending refunds are present on my account, three days since I emailed Burnitup and not even an acknowledgement from them.

Edit: Just to be absolutely clear, it took 18 days for a refund to be issued from the date that they supposedly initiated it. Not 2-3 days as they say in their textbook review response. Not good enough.

They do not answer the phone or reply to emails .
They then stated that they have sent a refund but didn't
I had to raise a dispute with my bank and then they finally refunded
The items I ordered were for a father's day present so that caused problems
Do not in any event use these people

"Don't bother ordering online"

Don't bother ordering online, they charge extra for quicker postage then do not bother shipping it, I've been waiting days with no update online. No response over the phone, no response to email, no response on live chat or online messaging. Will now have to go through my bank to get a refund as they won't respond or send my order.

Update: they walked it to my house on the 19th at 8pm and never shipped it at all.
