Why does no-one answer the live chat or phone line. Ordered a product on 14.12.2024 and money taken out of bank. No updates on order and can't even speak to anyone.

Received my package this morning and all in order. I can appreciate they are busy at this time of year so will be using them again

Do not order online from this company!!! I am so disappointed with Burn it Up Vape Store. I placed my order on 12/11/2024 and still haven’t received the product. The money was debited from my account on the day of the order. I have tried to contact them 3 times by email and have received no response to date. The telephone number for this company doesn’t even connect. I have asked for a refund via email if they are unable to fulfil my order but have not yet received one. They have sent me multiple promotional emails following my order and have also asked me to review my purchase! I will definitely not be using this company again and would advise others to use other vape stores to avoid the same disappointment.

I bought the sqounk empire project so not cheap,so it's very well made and I'm really like using it ,but if your going to purchase one it's battery bay will not fit a lot of 21700 batteries i have some fog star ones and they are to big even if you remove battery wrap and the chip in it is a little poor you will need your battery to have a min of 30 amp output otherwise mod will have very little power ,also ramp up even on a single coil isn't great (it struggles with duel coil )this doesn't really bother me but if you want a super hard hit this is not the mod for you,even with these quirks it's a very nice mod just make sure you use right battery and build and all is good

Paid for item over a week ago, says shipped but not received and no tracking number. No one responds to live chat and phone number does not work, raised a dispute with my bank.
AVOID !!!
No email received at all and no refund received, by the way I am not Pete

"Order never dispatched "

I placed an order on 9th November and still haven’t received it. It is marked as pending still. I have tried emailing them, have left messages On the site, tried live chat, which no one answers and tried calling - the number doesn’t work!!! They have taken my money, not sent my goods and ignored me! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!
