So placed order on the 9th august and payment was accepted, had a confirmation email but since then no update on website, no postage confirmation....nothing. I have emailed twice but had no reply tried live chat but again no reply, so 11 days after ordering and taking the money I have had nothing.Will have to go through bank to get money back, my advice to people is don't waste your time or money.
Edit: think it is only fair to say that I did receive an email to say I had a refund issued on 21st and money was back in my bank on 22nd.
