I've had nothing but the WORST EXPERIENCE dealing with Burnitup.co.uk !
Basically I've only ordered twice, cuz the last time was a NIGHTMARE as well !?! But I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. And boy what a BIG MISTAKE ! Again they have cocked up my order. Sending the incorrect items ! Even though it's ticked off 'checked' on their useless invoice. But the worst thing is. You CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM?! How are you even supposed to sort out their own incompetence and get the correct products I PAID FOR and ORDERED?

Ordered a new RDA and coils after dropping my last one on concrete (bending the top cap out of shape) good selection of rebuildables including my favourite coils for RDA’s/RTA’s.
Ordered late Wednesday night and was shipped out Thursday, received the parcel and more than pleased with the service as well as the thought of securing my order with plenty of bubble wrap, overall 10/10 and would recommend.
