Well organised. Attentive staff.
I did relocation from Poggibonsi.
Transfer from station to pick up should be included as this was a problem for myself and other clients I spoke to.

We greatly enjoyed our holiday with Just Go. They were thorough and made the process seamless. The motorhome was clean and in great condition. It was everything we needed and more. We will definitely plan our next trip with Just Go!

Tricky to get to, but really appreciated the travel tips and the reimbursement for taxi/uber from train station.
Easy to understand instructions for those of us who had never used a motorhome before.
Easy to drop off and pick up.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Had a fabulous week exploring Scotland.
Hardest part of the experience was being able to have the gates open to leave the site!

"Great van"

Great van, but bed slats broke ( as they are known to do - frequently) .
Had to get ford assistance out on our first camp site as couldn’t get the handbrake off.
And finally checkin was slow.
Other than that a great trip.

"Last Minute Request"

We made a last minute request at the beginning of August Bank Holiday and Just Go (Toddington) pulled out all the stops to ensure we were able to hire a motorhome within a few hours on the same day !

"Efficient check in and turn around"

Efficient check in and turn around, vehicle in excellent condition and ready to go. Pick up from Harlington Station is a real plus as it means I don't have to leave my vehicle there and can catch the train in to London to work after drop off. Only issue which isn't really Just Go's fault is the shortage of LPG suppliers nearby, the nearest down the M1 charges a disgraceful price, but in the scheme of things it isn't a huge cost as we don't use a lot of gas.
