"Excellent Motorhome and a great way to Travel around Ireland"

Incredible way to see the wild atlantic way. The motorhome was so comfortable and had everything we could want for our trip. From our collection in Belfast to dropping it back 10 days later, everything was perfect. We have done camper trips in other countries and this was by far, the best. The motorhome was so comfortable to drive and to live in. Extremely spacious and modern and everything worked. The bed was massive and really cozy to sleep in. We were so happy with the kitchen the full length fridge. We like to cook our own foods on our road trips so the kitchen was a fantastic touch. It comes with 3 gas hobs and an oven. A special mention has to go to the bathroom / shower. A rotating shower is really a genius idea. Such a good use of space creating a large shower area with piping hot water. There is so much we loved about our motorhome and we definitely be using JustGo again.

Dopo aver visto molte recensioni non proprio positive, ci siamo informati su vari canali. Alla fine il risultato è semplice: stai affittando un camper che costa tanti soldi. Quindi ci siamo attenuti scrupolosamente al rispetto delle regole indicate (check-in online, inserimento patente di guida online, rispetto degli orari di check in e check out, ecc) Tutto è andato bene.

"No response"

This is a on going complaint but nobody is very interested so this is why i am writing this. We were sent out in a vehicle that was used by the staff so not in great condition, however that was the least of our problems. After a long journey we pulled in for a drink, on our departure the parking brake would not release we contacted breakdown assistance to be advised they could not come out as the vehicle was not taxed, we spent the night on a grass verge as we couldn't get to the campsite i did report the matter to the police. The following morning we called again and advised the vehicle was not taxed and we had broken down amazingly they got the vehicle taxed straight away and apologised for a clerical error really!!!!!! no one was concerned that due to no tax the vehicle insurance WE PAID was not valid, if we hadn't broken down and found out the vehicle had no tax we would have been driving an un insured vehicle all week. I could keep going with this awful experience i have only put this review on as we cannot get any help from this company. We have been refunded £75 hahaha which was done without us agreeing to it. Yes we did have minor damage and lost the £350 HOWEVER we also lost a lot more. Would just be grateful for some communication. Despite contacting enquiries as advised still no response. Fleet vehicles maybe different with insurance it still didn't help us when we stuck on a grass verge as we couldn't get break down assistance as NO TAX.

"We took part in the Italy relocation…Beware !!!"

We took part in the Italy relocation scheme which looked on paper a perfect break , however on arrival in Tuscany we were told it was a short taxi ride to the collection depot there were in fact no taxis operating at the station
We were we travelling also but there were two other couples also waiting, we contacted Just Go and we were informed we would be collected , after and hour and a half someone did eventually turn up and could only take four people at a time so we had to wait , When we eventually reached the depot the staff there were very friendly and helpful but we then found out there was no Sat Nav in the vehicles and our phones did not work abroad and there were no maps or anything else available ( something we were not made aware of beforehand)
however we set off on our trip
We also tried to buy insurance before our trip we were told we could purchase insurance including bedding and a patio set for £60 per night which we agreed to ( after we had paid we were informed that this deal was not available for the relocation trips)
We had to place a £2500 security deposit
On our drive to Sorrento the following day we had an incident where the front screen became damaged , we notified Just Go as son as we could stop as we were on the motorway and were told we would be sent details of where we could have it repaired, we were subsequently told just to make it water tight and carry on as there was no where we could get assistance
After arriving in Sorrento we then received a phone call that we had to return the vehicle to the factory in Tuscany 300 miles away to have it repaired as any damaged caused would be down to us if we did not do this , had we been told this in the first instance we would have gone straight there as wwe were not far away , also this meant we had to leave our site earlier than planned that we had paid for and were supposed to be meeting friends there and miss out on other locations we were due to visit
We packed up and headed back to the factory we were told it would take around an hour ( it took four and a half) the factory is just round the corner from the collection depot on an industrial estate with no amenities yet no one from Just Go bothered to pop in to see if we were OK or had any other contact with us the whole time to check how we were getting on
Despite the fact that they we holding our deposit we had to pay the 650 Euro bill on the spot
As our trip had been ruined we decided to call it a day and return home
We had paid the £399 for the 10 day trip but had decided to book an additional two nights for a further £300 , I called the office and said as we were going to return the vehicle 5 days early due to all of these events would it be possible to claim back the additional hire as we were bring it back considerably earlier and we told we couldn't I was tempted to keep it for the additional period but decided not to be so petty so we drove it straight back ( incurring a cost of over £250 in tolls ) we cleaned it and filled it up with diesel as agreed and retuned it to the depot
We were informed that there was a claims procedure and we would be emailed the forms , despite several emails and requests we have heard nothing !!
It would appear that when you hire these vehicles and find yourself in difficulty there is no back up plan in place to assist or any duty of care towards the customer , there is basically no insurance cover provided or customer care our trip was completely ruined and the staff were very matter of a facty about the whole situation

"JustGo"

Everything below is just about right and has I checked the reviews I would have used a local company as justgo is 4 hours away. Looks cheap at first but your given the horror stories on why you need to upgrade the insurance cover.

I’ve an ongoing complaint and had a recent reply with no introduction. It was only the fact she mentioned “recent hire” I wouldn’t have known it was from justGo.

Not a very pleasant experience with customer service or technical support. Drove nearly 6 hours to Edinburgh depot to be told to come back the next day on my holiday. We collected a motorhome with a range of issues which resulted in a swap after I threatened to leave them the motorhome and cancel the trip after two full days of hassle and worry. They are very good explaining to you why you must increase your insurance cover (which we did) but when asking for help, it was always someone else’s problem. We had to sleep in a motorhome which we couldn’t get out of in a fire. This is apparently acceptable for just go. I do have an ongoing complaint but it seems they lack any genuine customer service ability. I will update accordingly if they want to listen. I forgot to mention that they ask you to sign a damage form and then send you images of damage for another vehicle which makes you believe you are liable and worry about it for the whole trip.

Update 7/10/24 - I have reached a reasonable agreement with JustGo. We got there in the end but I hope lessons have been learnt for other customers who just need a bit more help and understanding, especially in the case the impact their actions have on people's holidays. Rating increased as they took the time to put things right.

"Excessive Charges"

Myself and a couple of friends hired a lovely motorhome to tour NC500.
On collection, we were persuaded to pay an extra £400 non refundable Liability Reduction charge, as protection against damage to mirrors, tyres etc...
On the trip, the drivers mirror was clipped by a bus which broke the indicator lens and the small wide angle mirror. Thankfully this was covered by the Liability Reduction. Or so we were told. We were later invoiced for a repair bill and charged the £350 excess which is held on account.
For the purpose of openness and honesty, there was a bed slat which had broken, and a plastic hinge on the hob lid (why use plastic where there is heat is beyond me) but this does not in any way justify keeping the excess in my opinion, and hopefully serves as a warning to others before taking out the Liability Reduction.
At the moment we have began the process to appeal this. Unfortunately as I am not the main name on the booking, I cannot take it further, but the appeal will be lodged when the main booking name returns from a holiday abroad.
We hope 'Just Go' will do the right thing and return our £350 excess. This would certainly improve the customer experience score and complete what was otherwise a great holiday.

Just Go have not responded to me publicly here, but Victoria from their Complaints team has confirmed by email the £350 charge should stand. That is £350 (over £750 in total if you include what we paid for the LRO) but £350 specifically for a slat and plastic hinge. Be very cautious if you have kids and were thinking of using this company.

So to confirm, you are saying £350 is a fair charge for a broken bed slat (a bit of wood, which presumably was already compromised as it should not be that flimsy) and a plastic hinge? Really?!?! Wow. I have asked for a breakdown of the charges to see exactly what was spent to fix this. Once I receive this I will share on here. £350 for a bit of wood and plastic is obscene.

"We'd never 'Just Go' anywhere else for a motorhome!"

We have used Just Go three times and their service has been exceptional each time.

This year we had booked a specific vehicle but the day before we were due to collect it the company called me to tell me there was a problem with it when it was returned by the previous hirer and they offered me a different (similar sized) vehicle. This wasn't what we had chosen, but of course, sometimes these things happen. This one had a high bed, so needed a ladder and this was more difficult to manage, but I was so relieved that, because we had hired from the best of the best, they had an alternative vehicle to offer us. They also included a free bedding set, free parking and allowed us to bring the vehicle back a couple of hours late so we were able to stay in the Cotswolds for an extra night.

This wouldn't have been possible if we'd hired from a smaller firm, August Bank Holiday is one of the busiest weekends for motor homes and Just Go have a fleet so large that they can offer alternatives on those rare occasions that things go wrong.

They always give the best advice and offer service with a smile... we wouldn't use any other company!

"Disappointed"

We were forgotten at the airport and at the pick-up we have to wait several hours before we could start our holiday... that was very disappointing. And then the cups were not clean and the folding bed in the middle did not go up properly.
