"Surprisingly good service"

We had an ongoing problem with our tumble drier which seemed impossible to solve. With the help of a persistent and hardworking customer service employee ( Olivia) the problem has been swiftly resolved and a replacement appliance offered. Olivia is also overseeing the repair of an oven and an excellent company has been engaged to carry out the repair.

"Rang them on the first regarding my…"

Rang them on the 01/06/20 regarding my washing machine breaking down. Surprised they sent someone out the next day. Engineer advised me he will be in touch. Week after and running out of clean clothes for the baby I rang them and they told me the engineer will be in touch as he needs to order parts. Waited few days and called back they said they will issue a new machine. After 4 weeks it arrived by xl logistic who told me someone else would be out to fit. No one turned up to fit it and I was without a machine for 4weeks. Cancelled and wouldnt ever use them again

Very disappointed of this company.Waist my money and my time over the phone .They never fixed my boiler.Called them in last 2 months over 8 times.I asked for refund.

"RIp Off Disgraceful Company"

This company has now changed hands.
Nope WRONG ! It has got worse.
Basically riggle out of making any claims against themselves. Even down to a £2 light switch.
Kept putting the yearly fixed fee up. This was to a staggering £26 pcm, even though we was loyal custumers with multiple properties. The price on the internet was only £19 last time I looked. So basically ripping us off.
Very hard to get hold of at the weekends!!

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

"Very hard to claim ! I Dont trust this company any more!"

I would never never go with this company again for the following personal reasons....
1. I was refused an engineer for my leaking tap because it wasnt an emergency. The policy, I quote " Home Heating Care Insurance" which covers heating and all aspects of it yet they refused to cover it as "it was not an emergency" ! In principle, they should treat all customers equally and with out bias based on the type of claim they have whether it is a minor leak or a full boiler replacement in my opinion!Other companies do it.
2. I was told that my premium would never change when I first took it out yet they tried to increase it. I refused so I have gone elsewhere.
3. They have now stopped my landlord cover on my properties probably as it was too expensive to cover the problems.Not happy with this at all.
4. I tried to not renew my policy on my leaving date yet they cancelled the policy several weeks before the policy was supposed to end. They said that I was moving house and that's why they cancelled my policy. All of this was pure nonsense!
5. Very hard to claim on a weekend as the office is shut !! I had to wait until Monday morning to talk someone in the company.
These are my personal views and experiences.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR "REACTIVE INSURANCE SOLUTIONS" A DISGRACE OF A COMPANY...They blatantly lie and when their company "Vision Statement” states “We are committed to providing an outstanding experience every time we connect with our customers". I can confirm that is not what you get with them, a shocking company with terrible service is what you will get.

"I'm afraid to say a bunch of cowboys…"

I'm afraid to say a bunch of cowboys who left a 76 year old man without heating or hot water for over 10 days and a boiler still in bits!
A simple repair was botched by the initial plumber - couldn't stop a leak in a new valve he was installing - left the boiler in pieces whilst waiting for new seals to be ordered. The reason the valve leaked was that one of the seals was on the floor! Then transpires the plumber then caused another leak. After 10 days a 2nd engineer came and then advised that the boiler had to be replaced - when it was in bits on the bedroom floor ( wish I could post the photos I have ).
How can they can state the boiler isn't working when it's in bits on the floor - put it back together and then see.
MOST SHOCKING IS THAT THEY DIDN'T CARE ABOUT AN OLD MAN BEING LEFT WITH NO HEATING OR HOT WATER FOR OVER 10 DAYS.
The response from staff at Reactive and UK Assist has been shocking - always polite but couldn't really care less and passing the buck. I will now look to take this further.

"Absolutely terrible company"

Absolutely terrible company. Their administration and customer care is shambolic and promisrs made fail to materialise. Emails go unanswered or bounce back as the email address no longer exists. Notified I did not wish to renew, in writing, it seems they have failed to cancel the policy. Be very careful with this company, they are not to be trusted.
