"Amazing Service"

Amazing Service!
From being told our Washing machine could not be repaired it only took six days to have a new one installed and working. The staff in the office were very helpful and polite and Dave, the engineer, went out of his way to help us. We can’t speak highly enough of the company and the service we received.

"I have never had such bad service"

I have never had such bad service. To make a long, long story short, my husband and I, who are both in our 60’s and classed as vulnerable, were left without heating and hot water for 12 days after our boiler broke down. I had to pay the £75 excess up front before anyone would even come to look at the job. Every time I was told someone would ring me back, no-one did, and I had to chase up every call. A part was ordered, which didn’t work, then the wrong quote was sent by the contractor. Eventually I was told that the boiler would be written off, but I had to chase confirmation in writing before I could get a new one. I was told that they would not be paying anything towards the new boiler, as ours was over 7 years old, then told they could give me a list of boiler suppliers, and I was left to get on with it. The lack of communication, non-responsiveness and lack of caring made this a very stressful experience. They did eventually send me £250 as “compensation” for the errors made and the time it took to resolve the problem.
