"Tip Top Service from Reactive Insurance Solutions"
I have been with Reactive Insurance Solutions for 6 years. In that time I have had to make 2 claims. Both experiences were positive. The first claim was handled by David who sorted the problem quickly and courteously. The second claim just recently was equally dealt with by Ben and I had my new satellite dish installed in under a week. I also spoke to Amrit who kindly sorted out a great deal on my other household electrical appliances. I cannot fault the service I have received.

I recently had problems with two of my domestic items. I contacted Reactive Insurance and they immediately dealt with both of my problems to my satisfaction. Thank heavens that I have the peace of mind of knowing that I am covered by Reactive insurance.

"Service"
The service and repair has been exceptional, rang about breakdown and next day here to repair. Unfortunately the drum had to be replaced but was also done in quick time. The repair men were great and got on with the job.
As for Reactive I would recommend (and have done) them to anyone looking for Insurance on thier appliances, very professional and quick to help.

Yes I guess they were ok and dealt with my claim but I had to do a lot of phoning and felt that I didn’t get as much back for a item that I thought would of been more money as I have paid in for over 7 years and hardly used the insurance claims but I guess that’s how insurance is

"Not what they claim"
They claim to give breakdown cover for boilers and :most fixed the same day' as I was repeatedly told when they left me in hold for several minutes. Engineer turned up was rude and dismissive barely looked at boiler and shouted we needed new parts. No indication of how long this will take and just shouted we need to phone the company. When I rang them lady was completely unconcerned we have been left with no hot water or heating in January ! And explained our case will have to go through insurance as 'this is what the process is' not a home care service as advertised and no god knows how long we are without water or heating also charged £75 for call out fee. Disgrace of a company and will be cancelling asap
