Brian was superrr helpful in getting my world back when I thought I had lost it. We spent almost an hour working on it, yet it only felt like 10 minutes through his great support and kind words.

I had never done some of these processes before, yet he was able to guide me and had great patience when I had to use an application for the first time. He was very professional with how he worked with the files, and would get me to do anything confidential on my end only. Even if I offered to share the files with him so he could help, he politely declined and guided me on how to do it myself. I found this very professional.

I'm a 22 year old girl, so you can only imagine the sheer panic when my world didn't load properly. I thought I had lost my cute little world. Thank you Brian!
