"Deeply disappointing"

Deeply disappointing. We bought an armchair, a side table and a lamp, and DHL didn't even attempt to deliver it to our home. They call from their truck, and if you don't answer at that exact moment, they'll drop it off at a collection point. Obviously, collecting furniture requires certain logistics, which you'd expect a store dedicated to selling FORNITURE to know how to solve, not just take your money. When we contacted them to tell them that DHL never attempted to arrange a delivery date and had left our furniture quite far from our home, the only solution they offered was to leave it there until they returned to their warehouse, issue a refund, and then buy it again. I've never heard anything more absurd, lacking in environmental ethics and professionalism in my life. We lived a nightmare to finally have that furniture at home and obviously we will never buy anything from them again.

"Ihmetyttää yrityksenne jähmeys…"

Ihmetyttää yrityksenne jähmeys palautuksen suhteen. Ostimme netistä neljä tuolia jotka posti toimitti ja joista otimme yhden kotona näytille ( pakattuna kahden tuolin laatikoihin). Emme pitäneet tuoleista. Palautimme ne Turkuun omalla autolla. Löysimme korvaavat tuolit, jotka miellyttivät, mutta tulikin ilmi, että maksamamme tuolien hinta maksetaan takaisin vasta kahden viikon kuluttua. Tuolit jotka olisimme halunneet ostaa palautettujen tilalle olisi pitänyt maksaa heti vaikka toimitusaika oli kaksi viikkoa. Eli teillä sisällä rahaa lähes 5 tuhatta euroa. Ei voi käsittää. Palautimme samalla matkalla myös kahteen isoon kansainväliseen ketjuun kaksi tuotetta. Toisesta saimme rahat heti takaisin ja toisesta vaihto kävi myös samoin vaivattomasti. Käsittämättömän hidasta ja jähmeää toimintaa palautuksen suhteen teillä. Meille kerrottiin että palautetun tavaran tarkistamiseen menee kaksi viikkoa! Emme tilanneet korvaavia tuoleja koska koimme, että kaupankäyntiehdot ovat kohtuuttomat. Selvä kauppa jäi tekemättä korvaavista tuoleista. Yst Terveisin Heta Perho

"Probably the worst website I’ve ever…"

Probably the worst website I’ve ever dealt with and I deal with a lot. Every time I order anything they send it to the ether and it never arrives. This would be tolerable if they would at least notice that they are inputting the shipping information incorrectly or that my packages take months to arrive when I literally pay for shipping for them to arrive sooner. Then they have the audacity to have a robo chat that runs you in circles and never lets you talk to a human. I sincerely hope they go out of business.
