"Not helpful after purchase"

Constant phonecalls after purchase and was promised someone would return my call no one did. Seems aslong as they get you to sign on the dated line after that they don't want to know you. Was promised would lower monthly price but never did.

We have just collected our new Hyundai Ioniq 5 following a very professional and personable customer service experience provided by Adam and his colleagues.

Having helped to answer many questions about the car and arrange test drives Adam efficiently and effectively steered us through the Motobility application process.

On the day of collection Adam went above and beyond by staying late after closing time due to our being delayed by trains getting to the dealership which was very much appreciated.
