I had a very positive experience with a test drive requested on the day, and a very helpful sales manager. I felt secure in the part exchange and purchase of my new car and all the staff were very helpful. I have been very happy with my car since purchase.

But we arrived to collect the car all be it we were early we left sitting around the showroom for 1hr before anyone came to speak to us
The car we bought had a 1000+ miles more than we were told

Nothing was too much trouble despite me going back several times by telephone as concerns arose. Mainly because I hadn`t seen the car.
And having the car delivered from the mainland to the Isle of Wight without charge was a very pleasant
