The DJI Mini SE was listed at a great, affordable price of $199. For an Ex-Demo product, the drone flies like a brand-new drone and the condition is incredible for the price that I paid for it. The drone arrived quickly (free shipping too!) and was easy to set up. It's a great little drone for anyone who wants to get into flying proper drones without breaking the bank.

Great products and support staff! Purchasing process was ok but felt it was a little odd getting things sent from Melbourne when I’m in Brisbane - it’s like Melbourne is the default and only shipping from other d1 locations if they don’t have stock. Seams a waste of shipping costs and time imo.

Impossible to balance the RS3 Pro gimbal... I've tried everything - different cameras, variety of lens, and watched at least 10 Youtube videos, yet it still not possible. I would argue that the kit components are too small for the set up to be successful... Is this a ploy to then have to buy additional rig to actually get it to work?

Good communication when I had a question before buying, and postage was fast out to me in a remote location. Product is great and fairly easy to use, like all DJI products. Can’t wait to really explore its limits.

I would like a product better tailored to my needs, unfortunately DJI don't make anything better suited, I guess this is the problem dealing with big companies, they only target the biggest market sectors. Maybe in future DJI could spend a bit more time focusing on specific needs groups? (I purchased a payload release system for use in fishing, thousands of fishing drones being sold in my state, DJI has nothing better than a light duty addon.)

Original delivery invoice did not list the missing item as on back order or delayed delivery. However, it was easy to get in contact and staff were able to explain and confirm the situation and expected delivery times. Everything turned up as explained and in excellent condition.
