I ordered 3 mavic 2 demo int batteries , they arrived on time except one of the batteries was completely flat (no charge level light when button pushed) I’m worried that the service life of this battery will be considerably reduced as these batteries are not supposed to be completely flattened.

I am experiencing serious performance issues with my controller, making it unreliable and unsafe to use. It frequently becomes unresponsive when adjusting iris or camera settings, often cutting out and returning to the home screen—forcing me to reselect "Go to Fly" to regain control. On several occasions, the screen has gone completely black, which is unacceptable and poses a significant safety risk.

These issues have persisted despite my efforts to troubleshoot. I need a resolution for this as soon as possible. As I am currently away, I will follow up when I return, but I would appreciate guidance on the next steps to address this issue.
I have had quite a few drones and this is the worst one so i know what is right and wrong.. i will be requesting a full refund when i get home
