I had a very disappointing experience making a claim. I was asked questions, then they kept asking the vet lots of questions. They have excluded so many things from my dogs policy now even though her x rays ( according to my vet) did not show anything terrible apart from wear and tear in a 9 year old dog!).
Got paid out in the end but it was hard work!

After the initial setting up of the claim everything ran smoothly. My vet practice was able to arrange and manage the claim directly with Insurance Emporium. When I had a query, Insurance Emporium answered the phone promptly and answered my questions speedily.

The experience of losing my dear little dog Nylah in such tragic circumstances put a insurance claim the last thing on my mind but emporium where so kind and paid extremely fast when I get over this loss will buy a another little dog and hopefully use this insurance company again

It would have been nice to have been advised that you'd moved my horse to the Veteran Plan; I was not aware of that.
Would have been nice to have paid the full claim rather than leave me with £1k to pay; in my opinion you should have paid for both loss of use and euthanasia due to medical condition.
Overall staff was great though.

They were so helpful, paid straight to the vets and I didn’t have to do a thing except fill out forms. They paid out exactly like they said they would, I didn’t have to wait very long either, they cover almost everything to do with my horses treatment.

We've been with Insurance Emporium for nearly 20 years and have always had friendly excellent service in particular during 3 years of treatment for 2 elderly blind and diabetic Yorkshire Terriers. They now take of our 2 year old Yorkies. They are competitively priced and offer great value for money
