I found Emporium extremely user friendly - they explained the processes; we had regular contact via email as to the progress of our claim - there were in fact two claims - one where we had already paid the vet directly and then another where we requested that they reimburse the hospital directly. Both of these transactions were carried out with professionalism and speed. We could not have asked for more.

Prompt service lovely advisor that I spoke to only negative is had I not rang to ask if that was the best price for my renewal they would have happily charged me what my new quote was but by ringing they reduced the increase by £5 per month so definitely worth a phone call

Why have you decided you won't cover my dog for any heart related condition, when her problem was with a growth on her ear?! And why was an extra payment taken off for an extended consult?
