Apart from the trauma of your best friend suffering a major injury the next thing that weighs on your mind is the cost to fix them and the process of insurance claim. So thankful that we did have insurance, and that our vet handled the form filling. Contacting Emporium was easy and the agent understood the anxiety around the situation. Having explained the event causing the injury the claim was processed and we could focus on our pet recovery.
