It's 4 weeks since my lovely cat was put to sleep and the only communication I have had from them is a demand for the remaining insurance premiums to cover the term as I have been paying monthly.
The lady on the phone was very quick to put my call through to someone to take payment, but not to give me any idea of timeframe when I can expect the claim to be paid.
Should be straight forward, but hey, what do I know!
