We have enrolled three pets with this insurance, and the response from claim submission to processing and payment has been incredibly fast and smooth. Very efficient. We've used many pet insurance companies in the past, but this one is definitely among the top in terms of speed and efficiency. I've also contacted them by phone a few times for inquiries, and I was truly impressed by the courteous and professional customer service.

"Confusing experience "
I found the claim process confusing.
I checked on the website to find out what was required of me once we knew our dog had an issue. We were told to download and complete a form so they were aware of the situation and the vet needed to complete a copy too.
The vet said they didn't need to do this as The Insurance Emporium were among a group of insurers that used a portal for the vet to complete.
I went back to the Insurance Emporium who stated that they had stopped using this method because of technical issues and insisted that the vet had to complete the form.
I felt like a go between for the two parties and spent a lot of time chasing both sides.
It wasn't a smooth process.
I think the website needs to be checked and updated not just for clients but also the vets.

IE provided really easy claim forms with guidance notes attached. We had a prompt response to the claim. IE did request further details to the condition and timeline, which we were able to provide easily via email. The payment was made direct to Vet. This was the first serious illness for our advancing years but sprightly Lab -it has been reassuring that we were supported by IE to keep providing her with the best life. Fingers X for no recurrence.

Just came to renew and they've TRIPLED the premium. The dog has had no claims at all ever... Sneaky and underhand. I'd not recommend these sharks
