Our dog has a long standing medical condition and in previous years this company always met its obligations with regard to this ongoing condition.
However a “glitch” on their behalf meant they couldn’t collect the direct debit, which meant we had reapply and as such they will no longer honour their commitment due to this “technicality”
Please beware that if your pet should ever suffer an ongoing medical problem eventually this shoddy and unworthy company will resort to underhand procedures so the can save a few pounds but cost you hundreds.
