Really quick response. Claim accepted with no issues. Bit disappointed that the conditions are now exempt for the future. Other small niggle is that the insurance is paid by me, the vet is paid by me but the insurance is in my daughters name. (her horse). It took a few attempts to get them to speak with me and when it came to paying they couldn't pay me directly or pay my daughter directly because it was not her bank account on the policy. We received a cheque so no real issue, but bit of a silly situation. (probably caused by the way I set the account up). Overall very happy.
