"Accidental Damage Claim Procedure"

I found the claim procedure to be fairly straightforward and claim was dealt with promptly.

There was an issue with the original amount of excess which was deducted, this was corrected quickly after I called customer service to point out the error.

Overall the process was simple and quick.

I received 3 emails from Emporium.
One to acknowledge the claim, the second to update on the progress and finally to confirm payment approval.

So very impressed overall as I really didn’t need to do anything.

Insured my dog with the Insurance emporium over 7 years ago. Absolutely perfect service with all my claims paid directly to my vet and promptly. He's had around £25,000 of treatment both at local and referal vets over those years and yet premium has barely risen.
Customer service is brilliant with a fast and reassuring response.
Perfect insurers, so glad I found them all those years ago !

"Read the small print on Consultation fees"

I took out the accidental pet insurance. Only when I had to make a claim did I notice the limit on consultation fees of £45. How realistic is this? The actual Vet fee - because this was an emergency - was £203.
Nowhere near covered the Vet bill.

My claims have been dealt with efficiently and they have covered the bulk of my vets fees, for the claims I have had to make.
The process is straight forward and both the service and the call handlers are very good.
