I recently needed help selecting the amount of yarn needed for a pattern. I sent an e-mail and webs responded with a detailed answer within the day. When I lived near webs, I went a few times a year for the experience and to purchase all my yarn needs. Now that I live far away, I still get that personal service.

J’avais commande du beau fils chez WEBS et comme j’habite en Belgique, le trajet est très long. J’ai eu beaucoup de mal à la recevoir. Elle s’était perdue et sans l’aide de Kate, Je ne l’aurais jamais recue.

Et oui je l’ai reçue fin de la semaine dernière par les services de la poste belge.

Je remercie Kate de grand cœur et des que je vois un fil qui me plaît, je n’hésiterai pas et en lui disant que j’ai commande, et lui demanderai de contrôler si toute la filière se passe bien afin de recevoir ma commande très vite et sans souci.

Emily was soooooooo helpful! The weaving yarn I wanted seemed to have been out of stock for some time. She said there were supplier delays but yarn should be delivered to Webs soon and suggested I sign up for notification upon arrival. I did and I am waiting to place my order as soon as it arrives.
