"What a disaster dont bother purchasing…"
What a disaster dont bother purchasing online. I ordered items on the 13th May the items have been shipped and arrived in Sweden on the 18th May. The courier tried to deliver on the 1st June, yes 2 weeks after the items arrived in the country. I was not at home and the courier does not have a collection point in Sweden. I rearranged delivery on the 7th June and as of the 27th June the items were still at the courier. I have now lost my desire for the items and have cancelled with Replay Customer Care and asked for a refund citing failure to deliver. Answer from Replay now is we will refund once the items are back in our warehouse. Should I wait another 6 weeks for you to get your act in order.

WOW! The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Incredibly shortsighted. I used to love their product. Shame they won’t see a penny from me again.

"Store manager having a bad day at the office"
I bought a cardigan at Replay Wembley 3 weeks ago for £32.50. As I did like it I bined the receipt. Aftrer the first wash the cardigan went from size M to XXXL. I took it back to get the refund or repalcement. However the store' manager, a cheeky little fella called Saud, had a different opinion. First he was quick to let me know that he never had any complains about that item and also explained that I can't get refund or exchange without the original receipt. That is inconvenient but acceptable if that is the company policy. Cool as a cucumber Saud claimed he does not know the following: Replay's customer service number, Replay' customer service address, customer service email nor the address of the maunufacturer in Italy. I decided to start recording Saud' shenanigance. He was quick to turn his face away from the camera and called the security. Soon after I decided to leave the faulty item in Saud' "capable hands" for recycling. I wasn't keen to take the garbage back home. Hopefuly £32.50 of my money will go towards customer relation training. Thanks to Saud' ignorance Replay is off my shopping permanently. Several of my friends are already having fun at Saud' expence. Soon Saud will be a star on Youtube. Maybe Saud is gunning for a career in Hollywood. Given the fact that a number of people had problems with getting in touch with Replay maybe Saud is given a propper training how to make sure that nobody gets the refund at any cost.

"Never buy from Replay's online store in…"
Never buy from Replay's online store in the UK.
I made a purchase of approx. £200 (jeans & a shirt essentially) only to receive a FedEx bill of about £80!
I contacted Replay and all their customer service could say to me was ''it's in our T's & C's which you agreed to''
Like anyone has the time (or any interest!) in reading T's & C's when shopping online. Oh and I ''ticked the box''
And besides all of that, £80 against an order of £200 is just insane!
To make matters even WORSE.. the shirt & jeans weren't the right fit for me so I visited the Carnaby street store to exchange them for the right size, only to be told NO EXCHANGES in store.
I could not believe what I was being told. And when I contacted their ''customer support'' I was told it's in their online store's T's & C's !!
It's beyond ridiculous and I've never ever had an experience like it with a major brand out there.
Their online customer support really doesn't care and neither are they willing to do anything about it.
It's such a shame as I have shopped (in store) with Replay a lot and their products are good.
Replay UK - I hope you're reading this and you sort this out ASAP for your own sake.

I wish I had read the reviews. I love Replay clothes abs ordered from the site. £217 of gear. They do send a warning about import taxes. But I received a bill of £87 importation taxes from Fedex
There are better sites out there with way better prices

BAD BAD BAD! Bought some jeans and shirts, send some back and they say they havent received all items so only partial refund. How can such a big brand treat their customer like this. Don't buy online on their website!

Replay un marchio storico, made in Italy, di ottima fattura di jeans e camicie. Oggi, tutto prodotto fuori dall'Italia, con qualità scadente, ma i prezzi si posizionano alti come altri competitor nel settore. Procedure di resa quasi impossibili, tanto da scoraggiare. Mai più Replay.

Replay Jeans, la qualità forse c'è ancora, anche se del marchio "made in italy" è rimasto ben poco (articoli prodotti tra Tunisia, Romania e Cina) a differenza della concorrenza. Il vero punto debole è il servizio clienti, scadente, da aziendina di provincia, non in grado di ascoltare ed aiutare il cliente, come nel mio caso. Dopo 3 ordini, di circa 500 Euro totali, ho palesato un problema per una mancanza (circa 70 Euro) nell'ultimo ordine, ma la risposta è stata semplicemente "che se ne lavano le mani". Come perdere un potenziale cliente da migliaia di Euro all'anno, per pochi spicci, di cui loro sono responsabili.

Do not buy from this company! I placed an order which I haven’t received! The telephone number doesn’t exist and I’m having problems trying to contact them! Have finally heard that the jeans are despatched! From where? Going to take up a dispute with my bank! Do not make my mistake!
