"NEVER BUY FROM REPLAY"
NEVER EVER BUY FROM REPLAY. I ordered a pair of £150 jeans. Then I got a text from FedEx saying the shipping costs was £65!!! Tried to cancel order, telephone number unobtainable. Sent multiple emails no reply. Then jeans were delivered without me agreeing to pay £65. Reply then replied as said as already delivered they couldn’t cancel the order and I have to pay the £65!!! Joke of a company.

Don't buy from Replay. They said there was a problem so I had to re-order.They then sent two items and was charged twice ...Also sending things back is impossible.

Loved this company since its inception. I'm amazed by some of the reviews on Trust Pilot suggesting it is Replay's fault that people are getting taxed for importing jeans from the Euro region. They have a dirty great big pop up telling you that you will be charged for imports over the 135 pound limit. Please blame Boris and his Brexit cronies and direct your anger in the right direction. Simarily many complaints about Fedex which are excellent and always deliver to my door on time. Bizarre sizing complaints and complaints when purchasing out of TKmax...
Are Trust Pilot doing a good job on curating these complaints? Please ignore all these ignorant complaints and buy off this amazing company. Keep up the good work Replay. Love you x

MISREPRESENTATION SUCCEEDS AT REPLAY.
Like many before i wish i had read these reviews.
Having bought two jumpers online i was then charged an extra 40% courtesy of Fedex as various taxes.
On speaking with customer service, I was informed that it was not their problem, that Replay were unable to calculate these charges at checkout and that I needed to contact Fedex ( which we all know is impossible ).
Totally misleading as misrepresentation as i said because they can say ..... taxes will be approximately 40%.... or similar.
The sad thing is i had already spent a near fortune in the Carnaby Street shop the week before and was just buying two items not in stock in my size.

I have been a fan of replay jeans for years but finally I've turned my back on them for the following reasons
1) I've bought a number of pairs where the left leg was twisted and they had to be thrown out.
2) the sizing is extremely inconsistent and the jondrill jeans are not a skinny fit
The above 2 reasons cost me a small fortune which I will never get back.
Everyone needs to be aware about the twisting issue, this is down to the people from in the factory making the jeans trying to use less material to save on costs, so as a result, the jeans twist.

"POOR SUPPLIER. APPALLING DELIVERY. AVOID."
I thought this was UK based. It is not. It is based in Italy and any clothing comes from there and is delivered by FedEx.
FedEx have ann awful mobile app. Do not communicate accurately and are badly managed (not the drivers fault.)
In my case delivery was supposed to be 5 days. In fact it was stuck in France -very difficult to discover. I had left and had confirmed delivery instructions.
Several emails to Replay to discover whereabouts of package were 'fobbed off' with standard replies (until last). Fedex finally gave me a date (no time slot) but no ability to give delivery instructions. Hence delivered and placed behind a recycle bin!
Noticeably Fed ex do not take responsibility for any thing. NEVER buy anything online from this company. Use a UK based supplier. You have been warned!

"Inconsistent"
Got a pair of their Jean in TKMaxx. They fit well and are very comfortable. I then bought another pair in the exact same measures for them to be ENORMOUS. I could fit my first in the waistband next to my hip. I assumed it was one dodgy shape, so bought another. Same again. I even measured myself and on paper they should fit perfectly, but they're absolutely ridiculous. Clown trousers

I wish that I had read these reviews before purchasing a pair of jeans from this company and been hit by a tax bill from Fedex for £53.
It is a disgraceful way to do business they should at least warn customers before this happens.

I wish I had seen the reviews on this website prior to placing my order with Replay, as they reflect the experience that I have had.
Replay's website is totally misleading regarding duty. I placed an order and was not aware that the items would be coming from Italy. The on-screen invoice stated duty may be payable and then gave a figure of nil and free shipping.
On the morning of my delivery I received a text from FedEx requesting payment of £39.08. I initially thought the text was a scam but it was too coincidental, as I was expecting a parcel.
I spoke with Replay Customer Services who were very dismissive and have requested a refund of my £150.
If Replay are a reputable company then they need to be open and honest on their website. I will not be placing any more orders which is their loss because I like their items.

A BRAND TO AVOID, I PURCHASED 10 ITEMS RETURNED ALL OF THEM AND THEY ARE REFUNDING 9 ITEMS, STATING THATS ALL THEY RECEIVED SAYING THEY HAVE A PERFECT RETURN SYSTEM AND THE MISSING ITEM IS MY RESPONSABILITY AND ANY MISTAKE COMES FROM MY END, STEALING FROM ME 50 EUROS, SHAME ON YOU REPLAY, ILL MAKE EVERYTHING UNDER MY POWER TO RAISE THIS CASE AS LOUD AS I CAN UNTIL I CAN GET JUSTICE AND MY 50 EUROS BACK
