I ordered my son an electric scooter for his birthday. Fast delivery easy to assemble. Emailed with question regarding spare parts and was quick to reply and answered my questions. Would recommend to family and friends

After several issues and requests for replacement, my scooter gave way yesterday, snapping, scraping along the path and causing me to fall and be injured. I’ve contacted iscooter to explain the issue and was told that I could pay an additional £100 for a replacement scooter. You'd think making the exception for a replacement would not have a second thought as compensation. I'm shocked to hear that I’m expected to pay an additional £100 for a replacement to avoid further injury or issues.
