Been using the i8 electric scooter for 10 months. The motor gives smooth acceleration, and the solid tires make the ride feel stable and comfortable.

"Scam artists"

1-3 working days quoted for delivery, it's been 3 working days (7 days total) and no sign of delivery or even a notification of delivery tomorrow. Awful communication, they give politician style answers over email, not answering the question you ask but answering whatever they feel like.

Nobody answers their phone lines, pointless having phone numbers on the website. The website chat is just a bot that answers nothing. The website 'contact us' message box doesn't work.

A friend of mine recommended iScooter to me months ago since I was looking for a budget friendly scooter. My expectations wasn’t that high but it suprised me in so many ways. The product was amazing. Been using it to work for months now. Also the support was quick to respond. I recently had some parts replaced and ask helped with the technical team. They know what needs to be done and I am happy with that.

Liking the ix3 scooter! It responds well and goes a good distance on one charge. It's easy enough to handle. It's a bit heavier than I expected.

Habe es nachbestellt und da wir in Urlaub fahren wollte natürlich auf den letzten Drücker von mir bestellt.

"Avoid this company to avoid disappointment."

They throw in ‘12 month FREE warranty’ which doesn’t include a replacement for a faulty scooter. My scooter developed more faults than I could describe and every single fault was blamed on me and ‘how I drive the scooter’ considering the scooter still looks like new and never even had a scrape the company were determined it was my fault and wouldn’t send a replacement. Many people have had the same experience as me which shows the company have no intentions of selling scooters that will actually last.

Bought two of these scooters for riding around the neighbourhood with my kids, and they're great! Smooth ride, decent acceleration (handles my 185 lbs fine). We've done several miles on them without issues.
