"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

I bought two scooters off this company one for my son for Christmas,And another in March for my other son.The one at Christmas the brakes failed and my son was nearly killed.The other one just stopped and won't charge or turn on?One scooter is less than 4 months old other is less than 2.I have been in contact with this company and have had to get the jump.threw hoops for them.Test this try that is it this is it that?My brother is a electrician and looked at them for me so he was able to tell me the problem which I told them at start when I contacted them.And a month later there still asking me to do stuff.The scooters are less than a year old and should be under warranty.I paid nearly £500 and now I have two very sad sons sitting with two scooters that they can't use.I asked for a phone number to speak to someone to resolve the problem and they sent me my own phone number?The way I have been treated never in my 50 years have i come across a more unprofessional company.The scooters should of been replaced or taking away to be fixed?My next step now is to seek legal advice.So please avoid this company at all costs faulty scooters and someone is going to be killed.......

"This company is AWFUL"

This company is AWFUL. Scooter ran for 120 miles over 6 months. Motor went bad. You cannot get technical support in any way but to e-mail back and forth, and their responses are not consistent. Ultimately, we were told we're out of luck but were offered a 20% coupon for a new motor that is indefinitely out of stock. $520 wasted. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

"IX5s electric scooter "

I got the IX5s electric scooter a couple of months ago and has done me a fantastic job I’ve had no problems with it, the speed and battery is just as explained. Did get a puncture in the tyre emailed iscooter and they got back to me within the next day and are sending out a new inner tube. Great company definitely recommend.

Ordered for my son for Christmas, great delivery time and my son loved it. They are great fun. It did develop a fault but communicated with the company and a replacement is on its way 👍

ordered 2 ebikes on 1st March. Offered £80 discount if buying 2, use this code.. Code didn't work. Used a you tubers discount cde to get £30 off, as already ordered, just needed to pay. Contacted iscooter on the Monday to request the missing £50. Promise after promise, still no refund of £50, but what is worse, still no bikes delivered !! I keep phoning, but no one picks up the phone ! Be careful, better companies out there.
