Been riding the ix3 for a couple of weeks and I'm liking it! Acceleration's smooth, 40 km/h feels about right for town and I get around some days per charge. Pretty reliable for getting about.

My experience with iscooter was great ordered scooter on Sunday midday and next morning got email confirming also with postal tracking information next day Tuesday scooter arrived well packaged in perfect condition but a free scooter bag not there got in contact was lost in post as could see it had been sent out got in contact with them and they sent out the replacement bag the after sales service excellent would definitely be using them again

Scooter is great, decent quality for the money, have bought a couple now for the kids and they have been problem free. This time the scooter was sent without a charger but within an hour of emailing them they had sorted the issue out. Would recommend this company

Bought a ik2 scooter for my granddaughter for Xmas she’s never been on it 3 times and the handle bars fold back and not lock in properly. Iscooter just ignore you so if you don’t want your kids to be upset don’t go here

Just the 500wt helps so much, you dnt really need the boost button, it's great uphill, much better than my Pendleton. I had an accident and can't ride a normal bike anymore due to pain in hip joints, this is a total life saver, and at this price a steal! £539

Appalling customer service. Product naming and identification is undependable. Inconsistent component usage across models named and sold! Various configurations provided to different sales channels makes customer service impossible. Fake Brand. Not like buying an established product built to a controlled specification.

Really good experience with this company. When the package arrived it had been opened and the charger was missing. When I contacted the company they responded really quickly and a charger arrived 2 days later. Excellent customer service.
