They response in a very great way so that people can understand easily. About i scooter, it works awesome and its battery is very long lasting. And i scooter body has very hard quality like its unbreakable. It is also good for off-roading.

Kundendienst support aufdringlich unehrlich habe einen I-scooter neueste generation gekauft T8 - als ich den I-scooter ausgepackt habe schon gesehen das es mindere Qualität war eine Runde gedreht im HOF das Teil hat nicht die angegebene KEISTUNG von 1300w niemals der controller ist dermassen schlecht abgestimmt für deutschen Markt das ist unterirdisch kein punsch kein abzug der iscooter hatte kürzlich 900 euro gekostet mit Federung die abslout zu straff ist kaum federt jetzt bietet IScooter auf ihrer hompage für sage und schreibe 650 euro an mit Gutschein dachte ist ein schnäppchen leider als ankam die ernüchterung verarbeitungsqualiät leider schlecht Lackierung triler habe foto dokumentation gemacht und sofort kundendienst der sehr schleppend reagiert immer am Folgetag und nicht am wochenende arbeitet - Sie vertrösten moch seit 3 wochen kein geld zurück haben mir von den 650 euro sage un schreibe 40% preisnachlass geboten um es ja nicht zurückzusenden habe abgelehnt dann kam Drohung das der versand 100 euro kostet die rücksendung und das mir abzüge gemacht werden von den 650 euro ??? wie bitte als ob ich was für die schlechte qualität dieses gerätes das ich erhalten habe dafür kann?!? es geht um mein bestelltes gerät kann nicht für andere sprechen !! also bietet man den scooter mir für knapp 400 euro an auf alibaba express kostet der escooter im verkauf in grosaabnahme zwischen 200 -250 euro plus ABE kommt extra für deutschland das sagt schon alles .. ich habe dann selbstätig auf meine kosten den roller zurückgesendet !!! das war nicht billig aber viel billiger als die 100 euro die mir angedroht wurden wenn ich ein rücksende etikett von iscooter bekomme - leider aus meiner efahrung heraus nicht empfehlenswert - diese rezession spiegelt nur meine persönliche erfahrung es kann sein das andere Kunden bessere erfahrung hatten oder modell bekommen haben ..mfg

"Customer service is brilliant"

Customer service is brilliant. Had questions prior purchase and had prompt response. Once I made my selection and had a question about set up (instructions booklet is a bit scant on info or great images to fully understand - but there is a plethora of YouTube videos to help: just search your scooter type for one!) I received a really kind, thoughtful and super helpful response. I felt wholly supported with what choices to make to suit me and the advice was great through everything. Super fast delivery of product and the product itself is beyond my expectation. Been zipping around my ix4 and truly love it! Would certainly advise anyone who is looking for a reliable scooter with great customer care to go for iscooter. Highly recommended.

Avid Avoid Avoid!!! Scamming Chinese company that takes your money, exploits your problem to make more money out of you and are simply criminal.
I bought an IX6 Scooter from this sham of a company.
Within 4 months it had broken down.
They bang on about after sales service. There actually isn't an after sales service that's fit for purpose.
They're 12 month warranty is useless, as being a Chinese company, they don't adhere to our standards.
When I raised the issue, they offered me a new scooter at half price!! And they thought they were offering me a huge favour. What about 12 their monthly warranty!!
I paid nearly £700 for this scooter. It's a disgrace what they've gotten away with.
I'll put up the amount of emails exchanged, just to get back a measly £199 from then as way of recompense.
My scooter still isn't fixed. 4 months old. Scamming organisation who don't care about their customers.
