At the end of my tether! I received my brand new EV last month and have been waiting for my charger for weeks, I have been having to charge at public charge stations wasting a lot of time and money!!!

My installer keeps telling me that the order is delayed and they’re telling him they don’t know for how long!!! This is unacceptable!

I tried calling their office and after many attempts finally got to someone called Macey(?) who didn’t seem to have a clue what day of the week it was and just fobbed me off to their website!

Absolutely horrible company to deal with i don’t no what the positive reviews here are maybe fake. Had faults since day 1, now having with delays getting my replacement. Sick to the back teeth of dealing with them.
